What if the seller doesn't deliver?
Contact admin immediately via messages with your TXID. The admin mediates disputes and can issue refunds from the platform reserve.
Can I message a seller before paying?
Yes! You can message any user freely. Go to the listing and click "Contact Seller" or use the Messages page to find users.
What about escrow?
The admin acts as escrow. Payment is verified on-chain before the product is released. Trust is built through reputation and admin mediation.
